Two things come to mind when I think of this collection. It was highly anticipated and one of the most controversial releases this year... Other than the ABH Subculture palette, it may have taken first place. This Sephora and Moschino collaboration was HYPED up beyond belief and the launch was a complete DISASTER, Sephora really dropped the ball on this one. I myself bought into the hype and stayed up until a ridiculous hour waiting for the release, I was finally able to check out early in the morning. I was one of the lucky ones. Not to mention, Sephora had 2 release dates that were postponed due to the "Bears are running late". The third time was the charm. A lot of people are saying the bears were taken right out of their cart while checking out, or their orders were canceled upon approved payment. Talk about frustrating, especially if you were one of the ones that lost your beauty sleep trying and get this collection.
I picked up 3 things from this collection. The eyeshadow palette, brush set, and the duo highlight. Let's take a look at these Bears!
I keep wanting to say the bronzer.... I don't know why. The duo HIGHLIGHTER! Lol. It is a bit of a darker highlight but still nowhere near a bronzer! I'm still debating whether I like these shades on my skin tone or not... I know they definitely will not work for me in winter, perhaps with a little self-tanner. Keep in mind though I am also darn near transparent. These highlights would look much better on anyone with a medium skin tone or darker.
The above photo was taken outside with sunlight. When applied on my skin it was just your average highlighter. Nothing too impressive, and it does have quite a bit of shimmer in it as well.
Were you able to get your pretty little paws on any of this collection? I am glad I picked up the eyeshadow palette and the makeup brushes!

Other than the blues these colours are right up my alley, and very much on trend and great for fall. The package on this eyeshadow palette is actually quite light weight. The eyeshadows are removable so you can use the bear after for a nice little storage box. A+ on packaging with out a doubt.
These finger swatches didn't impress me. The shimmers did swatches nice, but the mattes, terrible! They were very patchy and chalky, again that was with the finger swatch, shown in the picture above. I was kinda disappointed, but also understand that is not always an accurate representation of how they will perform on your eyes. After giving the palette a go and using as many of the matte shades as possible in my look I was pleasantly surprised! They had good pigmentation, minimal kickback, and blended nicely.
These brushes have to be one of the cutest makeup items I own! I actually really love the style of brushes that they included in this set and I will use all of them. I usually steer clear of brush set just because I know I won't have a purpose for some of them, not in this case. They have a great weight to them, very heavy for a makeup brush. I will say, one of mine doesn't appear to be sprayed well with the gold colour, it kind of looks like it has a small bubble in it. That could just be me being overly picky as per usual, and that may not bother your average consumer.
