TOO FACED GLITTER BOMB PALETTE & BORN THIS WAY ETHEREAL SETTING POWDER

Happy Monday Friends! Here to touch back on two of the Too Faced products I showed you in my previous post. The Too Faced Glitter Bomb Palette and the Born This Way Ethereal Setting powder.

The Glitter Bomb palette is absolutely stunning! I had a hard time picking up how beautiful the glitter actually looked on my eye lids, we were on our way out the door for some Kdays fun and I didn't have too much time to take pictures. I used the lightest shade just on my lid, Fairy Dust. I always prefer to do my foundation before anything else, a creature of habit here, and I had zero issues with any fallout. I did use a glitter glue and wet my brush with setting spray before I dipped into the palette. I had no problems with fallout at all through out the day, and with being at Kdays I'm pleased with how it looked when I got home and took a little looky look in the mirror. If you're not from Edmonton, Kdays is a large midway. I was outside in the heat, riding rides with my son Connor and stuffing my face like a young heifer with fair food. A+ in my books. Just make sure you use a good glitter glue and apply it wet with a setting spray and you'll be golden.

I had high hopes for this powder when I swatched it in Sephora. They're two things I look for in a good powder, shade and texture. Being as fair as I am a lot of translucent or universal shades are far too dark for my under eyes, this powder is the perfect shade to brighten up and set my concealer. The formulation of the product is beautiful, the texture is silky soft under my eyes and doesn't accentuate any fine lines. There is nothing more annoying than a powder that makes you look crepey and cakey. Well okay, maybe there is, but we're not trying to look 10 years older over here. Anyways, grab a sample next time you're at Sephora. It is worth a try, and let me know what you think.
